Modern flavors. Steeped in tradition.
MoonCha is a concept for a brand and packaging system built around my love of tea.
I noticed how innovative flavors and unique packaging drove the ready to drink tea market, but grocery store teas rarely capitalized on this growing consumer trend.
MoonCha was built to fill that gap.

Packaging Inspirations

MoonCha draws inspiration from Art Nouveau and traditional Chinese ink painting to create a visual identity that balances modern expression with cultural heritage.
Art Nouveau's flowing forms, decorative typography, and organic compositions bring a sense of playfulness and sophistication to the brand, reflecting MoonCha's goal of introducing the bold, inventive flavors of ready-to-drink teas into the traditional dry tea market.
Chinese ink painting serves as a visual homage to tea's cultural origins, grounding the brand in a rich history of craftsmanship and tradition.
Together, these influences create a visual language that bridges old and new, positioning MoonCha as a fresh take on a centuries-old ritual.
